Works well but bad, really horrible design. If their replacement policy is friendly, I wouldn’t mine. I tried to return one broken headset, but just to get a ticket # was hard enough. Thinking they would replace it, but they just fixed it and returned back using the same box? WOW! Bad joints which ultimately break from wear and tear but not part of warranty or replacement; therefore, Asus Wireless Headset doesn’t compare to Plantronics when it come to replacement policy but they currently don’t produce quality wireless VOIP headset so I am stuck w/ ASUS even though headset’s life span is very short. I have 9 for all my employees, 3 so far joint connection broke in less than a year in usage. Hard to fix b/c its hard to weld plastic to plastic.
