Where I work it is required to take 50-200 calls in a 4-6 hour time period so therefore we are given a headset to wear… My headset has broken over two weeks ago & when asked when new ones will be ordered.. My tool of a boss (some 23 year old party animal) stated that it would probably be awhile until anything was ordered But that in the mean time I could share with another employee.. Not sanitary. Other co-workers have complained of ear rash when using an old headset here. So anyways Iv had to have my neck adjusted due to the giant knot from holding the phone head to shoulder. What can be done? Isn’t the company responsible for supplying us with the proper office equipment?

Nokia introduced its Bluetooth headset ‘BH-904′ during CES 2009, which is capable of separating a user’s voice from ambient noise, ensuring good speech quality in noisy environments such as in the car, on public transportation or in busy public places such as restaurants. It has the ability to maintain two active connections between the headset and another device at the same time. So a user can simultaneously connect for example to a PC (for VOIP) and to a compatible mobile device. The Nokia Bluetooth also offers up to five hours of talk time after only 15 minutes of charging.
