Cool! BTW, that commercial is from the late 1970s-to-early 1980s. AT&T’s “Reach out and touch someone” slogan and jingle didn’t exist until 1979. Now AT&T’s current slogan is “Your world. Delivered.”
Reach Out And Touch Someone is ions better.
Of course. Bell and the way the phone system worked never needed to be broken up and trashed to turn into the mess we have now. Sometimes monopolies work. One more thing to thank Congress for…
Such a beautiful commercial.
Aint that the same man
who raped his daughter Celie
in THE COLOR PURPLE?
“You bet not never tell nobody but Gawd. It’ll kill Yo’ Momma”
LOL!
Thank you so much for posting. I have looked and looked for this!
dang i remember that slogan. memories.
Reach out and touch someone! Now we know where our present day child molesters came from!
They failed to mention that he called his mother
just to say I love you from prison.
Your probably one of them cheesedick.
I looked for this commercial evefrywhere, thanks for posting. it was a favorite that i remember when i was younger, though short it always makes me cry.
I would have loved to seen Diana Ross promote a commercial for them back then given the slogan.
Thank you so much for posting that!

very nice.
Great memories. The commercials were nice, but the cost of the calls is why we didn’t always phone home.
