3CX Unites CRM and PBX with the CRM Integration Module
Boost your company’s sales and employee productivity by integrating 3CX Phone System 10 and your Customer Relationship Management system with the 3CX CRM Integration Module. The 3CX CRM Integration Module allows complete integration of telephony functions within Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM and Sage Act! CRM integration with Microsoft Outlook is included as standard with the 3CX Phone System 10 commercial license. With PBX and CRM integration with the 3CX CRM Integration Module, you can: Click-To-Call Launch calls directly from within your CRM. By clicking on the customer’s number, the call will be put through to your desk phone or softphone. Incoming Call Pop-ups All incoming calls will be automatically linked to your CRM, with the customer record being brought up on the screen, saving your customer care agents time as they won’t need to run a search for the customer’s details, history and billing. Call Journals Incoming, outgoing and missed calls are logged within the journal or activities section, allowing your agents to track calls made to customer’s and make their necessary notes. Call logs also provide sales supervisors the ability to review which agents are under or over performing. 3CX CRM API Other CRM’s can be supported via the 3CX CRM API.
